Buying a home is sometimes a complex undertaking.
Working with me, a Real Estate Professional and an Accredited Buyer's Representative, will help save you time and money.
As your ABR®, I will dedicate myself to your goal of finding the home that is right for you.
Why work with an Accredited Buyer's Representative?
Buying a home may be the largest and most complex financial transaction you ever undertake. If you’re ready to buy a home, wouldn’t you prefer to work with the most qualified real estate professional you can find? An Accredited Buyer's Representative stands out from the crowd. By holding the ABR designation, you can trust that I have the edge when it comes to knowlege and experience.
I care about my clients and work very hard to find them the home of their dreams.
Did you know? Having a bank or mortgage company pre-qualify or pre-approve you for a loan is the first step to take before engaging in a home search. Having a letter of qualification from the bank and knowing your limits helps a great deal in the home search process. Sellers are more likely to consider an offer from a buyer that has already begun the financing process.
Did you know? If you have an email account, I can send you profiles of any and all homes that fit your wants and needs. Most profiles have pictures of the interiors included or even a virtual tour. This way you can sit in the comfort of your own home and exam each homes details. That way you eliminate all the driving around, in that endless search, that so many buyers end up in. The only time you will take a ride is when you are interested in finding out more and want to see the location, neighborhood, and yard. Once you like what you see then you simply call me up and say "I do want an appointment to see.... please set it up."
Did you know? Working with me as your Accredited Buyer's Representative you generally do not pay my commission.
The seller is the one to pay my commission. With your loyalty and my care and attention you have everything to gain!
